Make a privacy request

Ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data Nemus holds about you. You do not need an account to make a request — if you have left a flight school, or never joined one, this form still reaches us.

Use the address your Nemus account used, if you had one.

What happens next

  • We will contact you at the address you give us to confirm who you are before acting on the request. We cannot act on an unverified request — doing so would let someone else reach your data.
  • Requests are handled by a person, not automatically. Nothing is deleted the moment you submit this form.
  • Some records cannot be erased on request: a flight school keeps its own operational and training records, and financial records are retained where the law requires it. We will tell you what applies to you.
