  • I understand that if I upload documents — a medical certificate, a licence, insurance — a flight school I ask to join can open those files while my request is open, which is how they check a medical before admitting me.
  • Once I am a member, the school can also keep its own copy, which becomes the school's record and stays with them if I leave.
  • If I cancel the request or am declined, their access ends. My own copy is always mine: nothing deletes it but me.
