$50 per month, plus $10 per month for each aircraft in your fleet. Retired aircraft never count. That's the whole formula — users, students, bookings, and locations are unlimited on every plan.

No — individual accounts are free forever. When a student pays a school invoice online, standard payment-processing/platform fees apply to that transaction and are itemized on the invoice; there is no Nemus subscription for individuals.

Everything on your active fleet list — airplanes, helicopters, and simulators — except aircraft you've marked retired. Grounded or in-maintenance aircraft are still on your books and still count.

Add an aircraft and the difference is prorated onto your next monthly invoice; retire one and the credit is prorated the same way. No plan changes to manage.

Students are tracked as Part 61 or Part 141, with the training records either program needs: graded lesson records with instructor signatures, endorsements carrying their FAR references, certificates, medicals, TSA and FTN. Syllabus authoring with stage-check gates is on the roadmap, not shipped — schools running 141 today keep their approved syllabus outside Nemus and record the lessons against it here.

You take it with you, without asking us. An owner or administrator exports the whole organization — people, fleet, schedule, maintenance, invoices, payments — as one file from inside Nemus, at any time, and the file itself lists what it deliberately leaves out. Members export their own record the same way, and pilots can download their hours in the format ForeFlight imports. There is no export fee and no exit process to negotiate.

No — the $50 base and the $10 per-aircraft rate are the Nemus subscription. When a student or renter pays a school invoice online, the payment processor's fee and the Nemus platform fee apply to that transaction and are itemized on the invoice, so nobody is guessing where the difference went. Payments settle into your school's own Stripe account.
