Flight Checks
Paper dispatch, retired.
Every flight is checked out and checked in from the flight itself: the schedule, the dashboard or the airplane's ramp tag. Check-out verifies fuel, oil, documents, the weather acknowledgment and approvals. Check-in captures Hobbs and tach, computes billable time, rolls the meters, records the flight and prices a draft invoice, all in one transaction.

Maintenance
From squawk to signed return to service.
Squawks carry severity and airworthiness impact, and a grounding squawk pulls the tail off the schedule in the same transaction. Work orders track priority, category, labor, parts and corrective action, and close with a return to service signed in Nemus.

Billing · Payments
Billing that does the arithmetic and leaves you the decision.
Every check-in prices a draft with typed line items (rental, instruction, fuel, landing fees), each carrying the rate version, the basis and the meter readings behind it. Approve & send posts the ledger entry, emails the bill and can charge an authorized payment method. Outstanding balances and overdue invoices roll up as they change, and reports rank utilization by tail, instructor and student.

Import Center · Data Export
Easy to move onto. Easy to move off.
The Import Center maps the columns of whatever you run today (Flight Circle, Flight Schedule Pro, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet), validates every row before it commits and tracks what it created. You can roll back eligible organization records; Nemus accounts are preserved. The door out is the same width: an owner exports the whole organization as one file, whenever they want, with no ticket to open.
